For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing, registering on, or using the bossph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bossph.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bossph platform. Continued use of the platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the bossph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is restricted or prohibited by law.

By registering on bossph, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the bossph platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If bossph detects duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms.

4.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.4 Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify bossph immediately. bossph is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain account security.

4.5 Account Verification: bossph reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.

5.1 Deposit Methods: bossph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as specified on the platform.

5.2 Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. bossph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests: Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified.

6.6 Promotion Modifications: bossph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Game Rules: Each game on the platform has its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before playing. Game rules can be accessed within each game interface.

7.3 Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. bossph will investigate any reported malfunctions and take appropriate corrective action, which may include refunding affected bets.

7.4 Disconnections: If a player is disconnected from a game due to internet connectivity issues, the game round will continue to completion. Upon reconnection, the player will be able to view the result of the disconnected game round. Any winnings will be credited to the player's account.

All content on the bossph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of bossph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the bossph platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written permission.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content.
• Use the bossph name, logo, or trademarks without authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website.

Unauthorized use of bossph intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

In no event shall bossph's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.

13.1 Termination by Player: You may close your bossph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and wagering requirement completion.

13.2 Termination by bossph: bossph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months or more).

13.4 Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure. bossph will attempt to notify you via email before taking such action.

14.1 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions and your use of the bossph platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bossph platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

14.3 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact bossph customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels.

14.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.
